If for any reason you wish to return your order you first must contact us to obtain an RMA # (return merchandise authorization) After receiving your RMA# you will have to return the merchandise in unused, unscratched, unsharpened condition, furthermore return all hardware and in original undamaged packaging.

Should the blades be used, scratched, sharpened or in any way not as they were send out we will NOT accept any return. Furthermore if you return any merchandise without an RMA#, or not in original condition you are also liable for any and all shipping and handling charges.

Should you have ordered the wrong size, (please see our sizing chart before ordering), we will charge a 35% restocking fee PLUS ALL shipping charges will to be carried be the customer.

If in any event we made a mistake or the blades have a manufacturers default please contact us before returning the item. In the event the blades have an manufacturers default please e-mail us at least three (3) pictures so we can forward this to the manufacturer plant and get a fast solution for you.

Should we have made a mistake or the factory we will replace the blades at no cost to you, and will also reimburse you for your shipping charges. We either need the faulty blades in our possession or a security deposit before we can mail out the new blades.

RETURNS on Special order skating blades:

ALL K-pick, Parabolic, K-Pick & Parabolic combinations, Revolution, Revolution & Parabolic, Gold Plated & Gold Plated parabolic Skating blades are a Special Order. Should you have ordered the wrong size, (please see our sizing chart before ordering), we will charge a 50% restocking fee PLUS ALL shipping charges will to be carried be the customer.
